It works well, has the features needed for an office phone extension, voicemail, call transfer, auto-attendant. So lovely to be able to have set hours, so the phone does not ring during off-hours. Yet you can pick up the voice mail and return the call if it is essential. Would you like your office phone with you wherever you work? This is the best I have found, and I have tested several. It saved me a lot of money not to have a landline.

The app does everything as described & more, it prevents the need for 2-3 phones to manage your personal calls & each different business' calls...ensuring you never miss an important call or text. I am beyond impressed by the prompt response I receive from customer support each time I have contacted them. I love this app bc it makes life so much easier as well as saves on many different costs that add up quickly from having multiple phones.

For years I’ve searched for a separate number that acts like the costly office “switch” that provided extension numbers, automated forwarding, message center, etc. After testing many apps, PhoneLynk fits my needs to a T. It boasts a very friendly user interface and all the features work together seamlessly. The BEST feature of them all: Call Recording. This feature alone is worth the tiny subscription fee.
