Great customer service awesome ride. Went for a half hour and loved it went all over canal the machine ended up shutting off but that was because I didn’t know the hours they operated I called the customer support and the explained local laws required it but were extremely friendly and helpful with more information about them. Anytime I see one again I’m hopping on.

I downloaded the app and get on quick little scooter within about 1 minute (i have verizon). I’ve never used these before and the prices and instructions are listed on the scooter & app ($0.30/min.) I had no issues with the app, very professional and it was accurate on location for me so they must’ve updated since the other reviews. I got to meet the owners today, super nice couple! This was my favorite activity to do up nort in daluth!!

They charge almost 50 cents per minute- 3 to 4 times more expensive than their competitors. Getting an Uber is much cheaper. Not to mention how they are being left in the middle of sidewalks everywhere- a tripping hazard for pedestrians and cyclists. Nobody is wearing a helmet on them and they go just as fast as bikes but have smaller wheels making them more dangerous to ride than bikes. People are extremely reckless with driving adding to the danger. It’s inevitable that someone will start throwing them off the piers in canal introducing a BIG pollution problem that could be harmful to the ships as well. The GPS on the app is faulty too. Please do Duluth a favor and don’t get this app or support this company. They are making our sidewalks more dangerous and scooter pollution will get out of hand if they decide to expand.
