I recently downloaded their app and am I glad I did!! They notify us, remind us when they are picking up and include which is just trash and when it’s trash and recycling. That might not seem like a big deal to most folks, but when your memory is like the old gray mare, it ain’t what it used to be, Ace’s app sure helps.

I like that it reminds me of either just garbage or garbage and recycling. I have a seasonal lawn bin and it would be nice if that was included in the reminder. Last fall there were still 2 more weeks that I could have placed it down at the curb, but didn’t know they were still picking it up. Now I have 5 bags that have been sitting all winter.

I used to call ace every year to get a new fridge calendar magnet so I knew what week recycle was. They always told me most people just use last years. Then I noticed my fridge calendar magnet was 4 yrs old. It was getting hard to tell which week was what. Then I found this app and now I get reminders. They could have gave me new magnet calendars when I asked but it’s ok now cause the app works great.
