冷氣清洗後出現異味、PM2.5異常及風量問題，客服在未安排任何檢查的情況下，即以超過保固期及其他可能因素回覆，並要求自行聯繫原廠。 當我要求轉申訴處理時，也未獲得明確回應，最後只能自行找原廠檢測。 如果您重視售後服務與客訴處理機制，建議審慎評估。
