Absolutely awful experience. I waited over a month to get a hat and kept getting hit with the “just keep waiting” line - which I did, gracefully! Finally, I ask for a refund to which they say go file with the post office 😒 I said it’s okay, I’ll dispute it. They tell me I’m BULLYING them and I’m THREATENING them and that they are going to stop communicating with me and turn it over to their attorney… I’m literally asking for the $36 or the hat that I paid for. This is gaslighting at its finest. Do not shop here.

I found this boutique on a sezzle approved group- and I’m SO HAPPY! The customer service is insanely wonderful. They got back to me in MINUTES with my issue that they found! The original sandal I wanted oversold and they offered a discount and sent me a different sandal that I chose, and a free goodie (which I highly Recommend buying any scent packs they have! It has made my babies room smell amazing!). They will treat you amazing! I’m sad I don’t live closer to see the storefront but also super happy I found them! Because I will continue to order!! Also quality of Clothing is 5 stars!

The best boutique I have ever shopped at! Super affordable and so dang cute! The owner Courtney prides herself on her customer service and let me tell you it is the best of ANY business I have shopped at! This app made it so much easier to get all my cute clothes and gift chopping done! And if anything were to happen Courtney is right there to help you out! Love love love this!!
