EziDrive – Driver & Cab Hire

Driver - Satish Varma- ID - 9341, rating 0 out of 5… 1) he doesn’t no know routes, took us in long route on 14th Night due to which we reached destination 4 hours late + the route which he took us was completely dangerous as deep in forest that night -at 2pm… we suppose to reach Sringeri at 11pm but end up reaching at 3pm… 2) entire trip he was very talkative, Satish talk non stop even after telling him to stop… he keeps telling stories of his experience of driver & all non senses stories, who the hell is interested in his stories his job is driver 4) why does Satish require our caste, what is he up to,,, 5) destination we had planned all are ghat session he does not know how to drive in that kind of roads… 3) doesn’t take required rest after reaching the destination, instead of taking rest he comes along with us where we go, due to which he was always sleepy during the drive 4) his talks are most irritative 5) I force fully cancelled drive with him on 17th morning due to above issues & I had to drive back my self back to Bangalore from kukke Subramaniya 6) plus he has charged me 100rs extra per day, deal with EZI was 1100, he charged me 1200rs Worst experience with EZI will share this feedback on all social media like FB, Instagram & twitter as well

Be prepared for them to call you at the last minute to tell you they can’t find a cab and that you will have to pay more. Such cab operators need to be barred from providing any cab services. Money swindlers! The customer service representatives are completely inefficient. EZI Drive is still 10 years behind in technology. The app is utter trash!

I had taken EziDrive service today and was given the services of driver. He landed at our place IN TIME and was asked to wait which he did patiently. He steered the car deftly to our full satisfaction. I thank that driver for his good work & wish EziDrive with many more drivers in their firm.
