App doesn’t show correct balance in the card. Even after offline recharge at the station, balance shows old one.

Recently many of my top ups are in error stage due to constant lagging in stuck mode while reaching payment option why is that need to clear out that too rest everything super As a suggestion. If there is current running timings also mentioned it will be great on particular stations also metro navigation for passengers to connect there path like which way exit they should go like that etc need that too then this app would be outstanding.

App is good to book tickets and view map but it lacks many features offered by Delhi metro like trip planner with start time which shows total time required to travel from one station to another station. It is very much needed feature to plan the travel. Bus shuttle service is missing. Parking info for each station is missing. Nearest metro station is missing. I would suggest to refer delhi metro app.
