Let me start by saying the Credit Union and it’s employees are AMAZING so let’s not confuse the two. However, this app is terrible. I have had to call and have my password changed numerous times because it says I have entered the wrong password. And that is not the case. I have an app that updates my passwords automatically and I log them in a locked not which I update every time I change a password. A FaceID doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t matter how many times I try. If not for those two issues the app would be great.

I been having problems with my Mobile app was working just fine now it won’t let me login or anything i can’t view my accounts it really a hot mess and the Card Valet won’t work with
