Great app for booking trips in Korea. I found it very easy to search and book.

I would NOT recommend this app. It has no back button so if you change your mind, you have to reset the app EVERY TIME (I mean, there’s a back button but it does nothing at all). The app will 1/3 of the time open a menu but you can’t click or scroll because the app thinks you’re still on the menu behind so you’re stuck not being able to click on anything (and have to reset the app). I tried the webpage and it’s more of the same. You can NOT select the current date. In my case, the only date “available” for delivery is 16 days ago. You cannot change the date. If you’re reading this review, I beg you, do NOT try this app, huge waste of time. The only good thing about this app is that it’s in english but it really doesn’t matter if you can’t order.

I ordered a SIM card from their website and was told it would be arriving in 2-3 business days. However, I never actually received the package and when I contacted customer service about it, I didn’t get a reply for almost 24 hours. I was then told that I was not able to get a refund… even if I never got the package. I have emailed them since and they have yet to reply. Bad customer service and even worse handling of product. Very let down since I had high hopes for this service and was grateful that it was in English, but I’ll stick with buying things in person now. Do not recommend this app unless you’re using it to price compare or for online tickets.
