I have a suggestion that is really helpful for the certificates customers, could you please add a drop-down list button on each certificate detail to choose if the customer needs to “Renew” the certificate after expires or “Redeem” and add another drop-down list to choose one of his local accounts to redeem it like saving or checking, that will reduce the load on the customer service branch and give us a customer some flexibility to use our internet mobile app

**Terrible Experience with this Bank App** I’m beyond frustrated with this bank’s app. Not only do they charge us ridiculous fees every couple of months, but you’d think they would at least make sure their software works properly! The app is constantly crashing, lagging, and full of bugs. Simple tasks take forever, and every update seems to break something new. For the amount of money we’re being charged, the least they could do is ensure the app works as expected. It’s completely rubbish and a waste of time.

All the people who can’t get the app to work need to register at a banque misr branch first. Once you register, this is not the most polished app. but for the first app for banque misr, it’s not bad. The functionality is still lacking, transactions don’t have much details and only shows the amount. The interface is not bad, but it can definitely be better.
