On an iPhone SE, when switching to the Investments tab, the transaction slider is hidden behind the buttons at the bottom (Home - Wallet - Offers - etc) and therefore no previous transactions can be viewed. Also a much more serious problem, if sending money from your bank account using ACH online transfer (not instapay) to fund investment purchases, the money goes to an account at CIB and doesn’t show up in Fawry and isn’t returned back to your bank account. This is a very troubling situation which will need to be escalated to regulators if not resolved.

I can,t pay the installments of the insurance for my daughter each time I write Fawry number it gives a message enter a valid value it is very bad

App is crashing when trying login via Face recognition and it gives error message “cannot communicate with the server” when typing password to login.
