Sadly, throughout my life I accepted many limitations from adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) as part of my story. I got sober at 24 and went through years of therapy and 12-step programs — all of which helped me live a mediocre life that I’m grateful for. Now at 62, I want more for myself. I want to use my interests and passions and talents to help other people. With composure at 12% (according to PR6) and a penchant for overeating whenever I stress myself, actually doing anything seemed unrealistic. I learned that resilience is the antidote to ACEs and found Driven. I’m amazed at how helpful this app is. The AI is amazing. I just completed 6 months in a rigorous program to certify as a life coach, but I’m learning new tips from the AI in Driven! I highly recommend this simple but tremendously effective app.
Want a quick, simple, and practical process for learning about, assessing, and increasing your resilience capabilities? Driven is for you. I’ve been using it for a few weeks and it has already re-wired the way I think about and work through the adversity I face on a daily basis. As an entrepreneur 3 years into a startup, I feel like discovering Driven was like finding a powerful mentor and teacher for $7/mo. For me it’s been so worth it. There is a TON of content and I have only just started scratching the surface of what’s available. I highly recommend Driven to any startup founder who wants to get a mental, emotional, and psychological edge.
I really like this app. It is a friend in my pockey. It is unique among other apps in that you can use it proactively when feeling on top of your game to improve your stamina and psychological well-being, and also when feeling blue to help sort out why or learn useful techniques to regain confidence. I like how intelligent and compassionate the “voice” of the app is, and the variety of tools and lessons available. I also like that you can choose where in the app you want to go, but also be led by the chat bot and your responses if you prefer. A great addition to tools for mental and emotional well-being.
