The app is intuitive and incredibly responsive- loads quickly, connects quickly and updates quickly.
I use the app to control my Raypak Avia 264 natural gas heater and have had zero issues with communication between the two.
Love both the pool heater and the associated iPhone app - zero issues! Highly recommended.

My app has been hung up ‘getting device info’ every time I’ve tried to link my heater. I have 1gb internet with an extender right next to the heater. When I connect my phone beside the heater I’m getting 300mbps downloads and 50mbps up, so it’s not an issue with a slow connection. When calling Raypak’s customer service Linwood they say they won’t talk to anyone other than dealers or service techs. That’s a crappy thing to do to a customer that just spent $5000 dollars getting a heater installed stallled.
