The first few orders I did were great but the last order has been a complete nightmare. Waited a whole month for my order. Has to email 6-7 times before they even got it shipped out. When I received my order the black soap is this tiny bar when in the previous orders it has been this big bar that last 2 months. This tiny bar might make it 3weeks maybe. I bought the stretch mark serum for my hips they say it’s roll on but it came in a spray bottle. I wanted to like this company I love supporting black businesses but this is an example of why it’s hard. The fact I had to email so many times with these empty apologies and it wait until I asked for my money back that they reached out to the warehouse and finally got it shipped out. Guess I’ll have to look for another company.

I ordered from this company on January 18th and as I type this I still haven’t received my order. It was for a birthday present on the 28th of January. I had to spend more to get another present because this order still hasn’t arrived. I requested my money back however, I was told I couldn’t get a refund because a tracking number was provided. Not a good reason, knowing that the product has moved from the original location when I purchase. Do not order from this company. Poor customer service and operations. They constantly hide behind COVID-19 while other companies have mad adjustments. I will never order from them again nor recommend this company to anyone I know!!!!

I purchased the Rich and Clear Bundle Kit and am still getting used to the products. I like how both the African and Almond black soap make my skin look after I wash it. It seems to have a brighter/more clear look to it. I like to use my spin brush when using the African Black Soap. I have combination skin as well and I like how to toner works with my moisturizer. It is not too moisturizing but leaves my skin feeling refreshed. My only complaint is the situation of the Almond Black Soap. Rich and Clear’s IG states that most results show after 30 days but there’s no way 1 bottle will get through a month. It is only week 1 and im almost halfway done with the bottle. You’re almost forced to buy another bottle additional to the kit, just to see if you will have results. Other than that, Im still becoming acquainted with the new products so hopefully I have better results in the next few weeks.
