Cant log in to the app even though I have an account and user name and password. Frustrating

The app support link here on the App Store has a broken link so I guess I’ll ask my question as a review. The lightning rings show on the abbreviated dash board but when I select for the map to go to full screen the rings disappear. Is this a bug in the app or is there a setting somewhere that I need to adjust. Lighting proximity is the main reason I use this system/app which is making the updated app pretty useless. The ux is pretty but if the features don’t work then the app is useless to me.

I hate that you got rid of the dashboard, my most used feature of the app. Please bring it back!
