I am a self-employed person I rely on communicating with my customers via my phone my laptop etc. etc. I would give a negative rating on this if my phone would even allow me to take it down for a four star review. But my screen doesn't work and the other half only responds when it wants to. I have to use voice to text in order to .do anything in voice command to operate my phone. I found this app ordered a phone so I wouldn't have to do this anymore. I ordered overnight shipping paid the extra for it and somehow another my phone got lost by UPS. Decided that before I even received it sent package that I was going to just return it and get the upgraded version of the phone at which point it took over a week for them to find and return it to sender. They were honest my refund was sent within two business days upon them receiving my package however my refund was sent to a closed account which means it was sent back to the company it has been 24 hours and I have not heard anything from them even though I have sent multiple messages since 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon. I am not impressed and I'm highly dissatisfied I had planned on purchasing not just my phone but my daughters and my boyfriend's phone through this company and now I'm back to the drawing board as I will never make a purchase from here again and I just really hope that they honor and they do everything they can to get you very very refund because that is all the money I have currently since I have not been able to work in two weeks.
At first I was skeptical as just about anything you try new for fear they might screw you over but Back market was excellent the service was speedy it was sent to me in two days and when I got it the phone was better than fair not a single scratch on it ,it came in a very secure package and it shined with beauty the phone itself worked flawlessly I can’t give Back market a high enough praise we’ll definitely use them again in the future but the people you use to buy back the phone are a bunch of crooks I sent them a excellent iPhone 8 plus in fantastic condition no cracks no pixel problems and no touch problems anything time something went wrong it was fixed I had bought it through a friend and had every thing replaced so it would start out fresh the screen replaced the button replace ,battery ,the pixels ,the speaker a through rundown diagnosis of the phone sent it to declutter and they offered me 138 dollars well they send me a counteroffer and said that there were scratches on the back and pixel were bad and problems with the touch screen and it was cracked with I know was not true they just didn’t want to pay so they probably just grab so old 8 plus and said well if we tell him this and this and this was wrong we won’t have to pay then we can sell his and make 170 dollar profit because if they give me the money and sell it they would make much profit because they would have to sell it so high to make their money back so I will never suggest the buy back program they are scams and will rip you off they are out to scam you
I have ordered a few things from here and have nothing but great experiences for everything. My son broke my laptop and when I was struggling with money I knew I couldn’t afford a new one. But I came across this website. Of course a little skeptical at first, I decided to just really hope for the best and go through with it. I’ve had my computer for almost a year now with absolutely zero issues. It’s a MacBook Air and I didn’t have to spend thousands of dollars. I bought an iPhone 11 and it’s literally in perfect condition not a single scratch on it, and it’s worked great with no issues for the last few months. I’ll definitely be getting all of my electronics on here from now on. Thank you for all you do and allowing these things to be affordable for so many, but also because of the recycling aspect as well. Also keep in mind, they are transparent as far as quality goes. If you get fair, you’re not going to get the best looking devices. Although my friend got a fair phone, and it was in great condition just scratches on the back. But they tell you that in the description. I always go with excellent, and even though I'm paying extra, I'm still paying far less than what I would if I got it brand new, and they’ve all been great so far. I think it’s really worth it.
