Work great. Had a little issue connecting but when they were connected they worked great. Some time they disconnect with the WiFi, a little annoying but if you turn it “on” the connection reconnects. Very happy with the lights. Would recommend for any dark room or for checking on little ones in a bedroom at nite.

I’ve had this power strip for couple years now, works OK. I should come home today and I can’t use it because I need to not create an account! That was not a condition before. I decided to peek at the privacy policy and the user agreement, and what a “surprise”those MFers want everything bit of data about my life, short of a credit score and a Social Security! to turn on the lights?!? They are probably getting it from a bank that I work with because they’ll sell him some information about my electrical usage or who knows what who knows what’s inside that power strip.I trusted them until they prove they’re not trustworthy. If you read the fine print, you’ll find out that if one of their products has any collected data that the police might be interested in, they are giving it to them without even asking you, it’s says in plain English. If this is not a direct result of us neglecting our responsibilities as citizens and falling asleep on our posts, I don’t know what is. I’m going to the hardware store, I’m gonna buy a regular extension cord, and a good old surge protector, and if I need a fancy switch, I’ll buy an Arduino/RazPi and do it myself. It is unbelievable to me that you can’t trust company to SELL you a surge protector [not “GIVE” you one, like at least the Facebooks the world at least pretend to do] without deciding they, by definition, or by our stupidity, get to record your conversations and that’s only if your college GPA score is acceptable to even continue using them. This was it. They declared us their adversaries, not “partners” or stakeholders!

I purchased my first Vivitar IP camera about 3 years ago and it has been quite reliable. I’ve had it in my garage and it has worked flawlessly throughout the winter and heat and humidity of summers. The built in infrared light works very well allowing the capture of images or real time stream even in complete darkness. The only bug I’ve noticed is occasionally it will lose link with my iPad or iPhone for unknown reasons. Power cycling solves the issue and these cameras just keep on going. I purchased a 2nd one for my living room and den. I really like the two way audio intercom feature also. Motion detector instructs camera to capture movement at the given time but I have seen where there is a latency between the capture and actual event in testing I have done. Overall this camera is a good value given the image quality and features that it has.
