I have all notifications on but there is no sound
The software interface and app is really poor and buggy and will lead to many problems with data collection.
I’m quite literally embarrassed that I decided to go with this mobile app for my research study. This app is completely unreliable, full of glitches, and unstable. I’ve yet to have a research participant complete the entire protocol without a major issue affecting their ability to participate in the study in the intended ways. The problems with the app have major consequences on the quality of your data and participant experience
