They hold your money that’s deposited and ask for a third party proof identity card what banks ask for a third party identity card cause the person send money into the acct you have with. They are basically thieves to extort people money it’s been two months my money has been with them even my dad fell seriously sick cause I wanted to use the money to get drugs and I explained to thier customer care very wicked people

Hello my ohentpay has been closed and I have still have two transaction pending for over a month plus now and I still got some money in my account, and my account has been closed, please refund back the pending transaction and my money in the account because you guys are bloody thieves, I regret trusting you guys with my money
