The interface is pleasant and the instructions are clear. I especially like that the exercises are organized into ready-made programs for different purposes. After a massage, tension is relieved not only in the eyes but also in the head.
I purchased a one-year subscription in December, 2021. I followed performed all exercises daily and think that they were marginally helpful. Following an update after 3 months. The app quit recognizing my subscription and kept trying to sell me a subscription at a higher price. I followed all suggestions from Apple Support, but they did not resolve the problem. The app was updated daily for about 4-5 days and then quit working altogether. It would open and then close again within a couple of seconds. I tried to contact the developer, but it is a broken link. The developer’s website does not appear to exist. I do not recommend this app.
Is the program for far sightedness - people suffering from far sightedness as the app puts it - to improve far sightedness or nearsightedness? I’ve done both near and farsighted programs and they have the same exercises. Does that mean all exercises are good for improving both near and farsightedness? I’ve done Bates method exercises in the past and they were far more in-depth and comprehensive than this app. The exercises themself are fine but for $9.99 a month I would expect way more. Looking forward to see updates with way more content.
The main goal of our program is to give everyone a chance to have clear vision. Uniquely designed plan of short trainings. Download the app and start...
