The classes are awesome. Teachers are all amazing. The only thing I can say the gym needs to be cleaned . The floor and equipment are disgusting not to say the least . With covid still around this needs to be super clean !

I am very disappointed with the parking situation at the Rockdale gym. The centre has made a money grab in the parking area and is charging patrons for parking over 2 hours. They are making no exceptions for members attending sessions that may take over two hours, and you are forced to leave a class early or not finish your workout. The gym doesn’t seem to care about the members by at least fighting for extending the free period to three hours, which your Bankstown branch did. They have now also stopped all classes on Sundays. We pay the same money for all the crunch gyms why is this branch sub standard in these aspects?

My first class at Crunch, everyone was very friendly. Steph was great at motivating me on the rower, I was relieved when she moved to the next station! Great class.
