Got an account to facilitate transfers to and from Brazil. BB app, great. BB Americas app, atrocious! It’s actually scary just how bad this app is when you take into consideration other banking apps, including the BB app from Brazil! All it’s good for is seeing how much money you have, otherwise useless.

There’s no way to get any account statements. User can only view available balance. It’s nonsense to build an app just for this... waste of money and time...
