The app doesn’t work
I tried to pay the loan back early from my account with them. Tencent WeBank made me download this app and made it clear that this is the only way to operate the paybacks. But the app doesn’t work. They also promised to have someone call me back but it’s been 7 days, nothing from them. So here I am, own them interest everyday although I have money in my account at their bank. Not sure what’s going on.
