Lead Retrieval by Webex Events

Great app, easy to use. Like the idea of taking notes while scanning badges, that piece could be a little smoother. Overall great!

This app was definetely very intuitive to use. I really liked their realtime collaboration features while collecting leads with my fellow teammates.

As a field sales representative, I attend 20-23 events (tradeshows / expos + conferences) with my team every year. As a result of that, we get a chance to try and experience almost all vendors in the lead capture (software + hardware) space. The last 3 events we attended all used this app and therefore we got exposed to it. From start to end, the experience have been superior to all alternatives we tried out. First of all, the app is fully self service and extremely intuitive. I was able to invite all of my colleagues on the booth and have them up and running in a few minutes. (One of our invites did go to spam for some reason) The scan experience is very smooth and the fact that multiple reps on the field can colloborate on a lead and know who is working on what is a game changer. I have used another provider that had that, but this time it worked as it should. Finally, the metrics we received post event were very informative, and easy to share. For the first time, I didn't have to run a custom report to give feedback to our CMO as their metrics page already did thay for me and allowed me to share it with our CMO. The only thing I didn't like was the offline experience. Things werent realtime which could be an issue at times.
