I had a terrible first (and last) experience with this service.
For more than an hour I’ve been trying to get a ride, and have been canceled by the driver twice.
The 3rd time sent me far off where I was waiting to begin with, and then charged me for cancelation (way am I sent to different locations to get the same ride?!)
There’s a complete misalignment between the driver and you:
They can call you/ you can’t call then (actually, there’s no customer service what so ever).
The driver can be late with no repercussions/ you have a min to get on the bus otherwise you’re welcome to walk.
The driver can cancel the ride with no repercussions/ you will be charged if you cancel the ride.
Will not use this again.

Set your pickup and drop off to request a ride. We’ll match you with a bubble driver headed your way. Our smart pickup coordination will direct you to a nearby bus stop to meet your driver, so your bubble and its passengers never have to go out of their way. We pool riders into the same van efficiently and without delays, keeping our price point affordable for everyone. With bubble, you can book rides for groups up to 5 people.
