Costs money for use
Unfortunately I couldn’t get very far with this app. And even the free meditations were all exactly the same. So I guess now I have heard the same thing over and over I don’t need to pay for anything further. Instructions: sit comfortably, breathe into your chest now into your stomach. Repeat for 4 mins. And now you’ve experienced the whole app. The end. You’re welcome.
