ถ่ายโอนข้อมูลมาที่มือถือเครื่องใหม่ไม่ได้ ใช้แบบ premium ด้วยรบกวนด้วยค่ะ
เราใช้แบบ premium กดสำรองข้อมูลในเครื่องเก่าเรียบร้อย แต่ตอนที่จะกดเรียกคืนข้อมูลในเครื่องใหม่ปุ่มกดที่บอกว่า “กดที่นี่หากท่านเเป็น premium แล้ว” มันกดไม่ได้อะค่ะ รบกวนเข้าไป่วยบอกทีค่ะว่าต้องทำไงเซ็งมาก ขอบคุณค่ะ
