We just completed our inventory, and the group consensus is that the updated version is more difficult to work with when compared to the older version. More manipulations were required which slowed the process down tremendously. Be sure and put the decimal even though you have already set it up to count in “full” (not partial). If you have the same item in several spots, it will use the last scanned count and replace the others instead of keeping them all. There were other issues, but I think by now you have a pretty good picture of how frustrating this app can be.

When you log into this program the default is “price check”. I’ve never used this feature because I use this program to order drugs as I’m sure most people do. New hire forgot to check and everything she ordered that morning wasn’t. This app is absolutely the worse. Constantly fails us, when trying to log in it just spins and spins. I’ve lost tons of orders when it wouldn’t properly download order to Express. Complaints go unheard.

Finishing our inventory which has never been an issue with the old app, but this one is terrible. It’s slow, cumbersome, and not user-friendly. When manually inputting a CIN or NDC, the option for “full” or “partial” automatically defaults to partial and you can’t change it. You have to constantly tap “tap to scan” which gets annoying fast. The UPLOAD button is large and up front so accidentally hitting that happens 80% of the time. Whoever made this app should be fired.
