As someone who manages multiple responsibilities as a professor, researcher, speaker, and business owner, my time is incredibly valuable. Using Calendly has completely transformed the way I manage my schedule. It allows people to easily find a time that works without the endless back and forth emails that used to consume so much of my day. What I appreciate most is how seamless and professional the process is. With just one link, colleagues, students, and clients can schedule time with me instantly. It keeps everything organized, sends automatic reminders, and allows me to focus on the conversation rather than the logistics of scheduling. Calendly has truly become an essential part of how I steward my time. It creates clarity, efficiency, and ease in my calendar, which ultimately allows me to be more present and productive in every meeting. For anyone who values their time and wants a simple solution to scheduling, I cannot recommend Calendly enough.

I am a mental health therapist and I just started working independently. Since I can’t afford to pay for an extra scheduling/booking feature right now, I started using this app. So far I love it and I do not have a single complaint. My clients can book their own appointments based on my availability without all the back-and-forth and me having to do all the booking myself. I also have this app linked with my Google Calendar, and my other professional apps, so that when a client books an appointment it automatically updates to my calendar and makes that time unavailable for other clients to book in other systems that I use. So simple, so effective, and free! Again, I cannot say enough positive things and I will be recommending this app to anyone in need of a booking/scheduling app for professional or personal reasons! To the app developer(s)- thank you so much for making such a simple, effective, and affordable app and making my life easier. :)

I started using this app because I have a multi-faceted life and emails/meeting requests weren’t cutting it. I’m a married grad student, and a mom who works. There are several reasons I need meetings and they all fit into different buckets. Between ad hoc meetings with teachers at my kiddos school, follow ups with my professors, or just regular work duties, I need in place to send people to keep my schedule coordinated. This app provides that! This app is relatively new when it comes to office tools so I anticipate changes as more folks use it. Here are a few I am missing…I would love it if my Calendly calendar synced with my Apple or google calendars, to automatically populate once a meeting is confirmed. My second need is a more user friendly, direct way to block out half days or entire days. Right now the process is clunky and I have to fish around too many tabs and pull-downs to find it. I’ve had to go online a few times and abandoned the app because I can’t remember how they phrase it or where they placed the option. Either way, this is an oversight and I’m sure they will fix it soon. Lastly, I wish scheduling one-off appointment were more user friendly as well both for the user and the user’s audience. I gave 3 stars because these options are critical for me and this is a charge by month service. You pay between $12-15/month for the Calendly service. Therefore, making these changes will take this app to the next level in making sure I stay organized and NOT miss appointments!!
