Genuinely, why
It seems like they changed the app to be a portal for employees. No longer for customers. And their online website through safari on mobile is not enough.

Customer Log-in For Paying Bill
I’ve always been able to use Spire App to pay my gas bill. Now it’s telling me my email is incorrect/won’t accept it and/or incorrect domain. Now what am I supposed to do? Pls respond. I’d like to pay my bill. Will you replace or create a new Bill Pay App for Customers’ use?

Why? Starts off with a domain question
Really? I’m supposed to know whether the VMware domain is system or .biz? Really? Bad enough the app is website redirect, but it’s unacceptable/ridiculous to ask a user to select that. The either selection fails to login. Come on. Absurd implementation. Why even have an app. Just make us call always.
