App Profile: Arise On The Go

The app is okay, I like it for the most part but it definitely could use more updates. One of them should be enablement of actual mobile notifications when it is selected. I service 2 clients on the platform and it would be helpful to receive a text message or push motivation to my device when there are service intervals available, swaps were successful and more. App developers, please take this into account and update the app. This would really help a lot of agents out.

I recently noticed the links at the top of the app and took a look at Notifications. There was a link about updated equipment that I opened. After scanning the article, I looked for a link to return to my schedule. There was none! I suppose I could have waited a while to see if it would eventually default to the app’s home page, but I wanted to get back to my schedule. I had to uninstall then reinstall the app to get back to the home page. Not a good look! There have been so many suggestions for improvement logged here that one would easily conclude that the app was in dire need of a complete overhaul. Is anyone home?

The main gripe I have is a combination of the app and starmatic itself. When new schedules are open (or caps are lifted), and we choose multiple intervals, if just one of those intervals is no longer available it doesn’t give us any of the other selected intervals so we have to start over. And when you got multiple agents in there trying to grab intervals at the same time, if you have to start over then the intervals that were originally available are gone now. That’s a big annoyance with me and many other agents I’m sure.
