I’m so happy there is an app for ezpass for my state. Is there any way you could make it so that I can remove non-active transponders from my transponders list please? Also it’s rather inconvenient to only have lost as a choice when all 3 of my non-active transponders were not actually lost but were broken or had dead batteries? If you want them back, offer a choice that says Broken and then have a message come up that says please return to us and we will take it off your account. I’ve always just thrown my broken ones away.

The app has been down for over a month which takes away the convenience and purpose of having it. When it’s working it’s great though.
