Ordered zero power lenses with UV and Antiglare protection and received glasses of both different lenses. One is having wide lens and high refractive index and other is having simple lens. After attaching all the images of the defective product still customer executive says we will refund, why refund? I have used my coupon there- will coupon be refunded? And best part is you can’t call them and talk to customer care, you’ve to keep chatting with executives on email.(A person is frustrated with the service and you want us to mail our concern and wait for the reply? Do anyone have this much patience after bad service?

For frame with power lenses it provides 5-7 days time to upload prescription after placing order.. It is time saving app as you can easliy order from tip of your fingers.
