Fitrition

I order from Fitrition literally almost every day from GrubHub, so I downloaded their app. The app glitched and switched my order from delivery to pickup — even though I left a tip for delivery. When I called about this, I was met with hostility, and while they did eventually deliver the meal, it was melted, hot, disgusting, and inedible. I will have to think long and hard whether I even order from them again after this even through grubhub. A solid year at minimum four orders a week from them and received this. Really unexpected and unacceptable for a loyal customer.

Fitrition is the best juice bar in queens! I love the acai bowls they make and the customer service is amazing. Now that they came out with an app my pick up and delivery service is going to be even better! I’m so excited !!!
