I rate this app a 5 star even though there are minor bugs but its a great app for like teens like me since the cashback really helps and the giveaways really helped me personally

Not working properly and has a lot of bugs that needs fixing every link you click on will quit the app immediately, no clear instructions regarding the top up steps using cliq service but to top up using your bank card will work, you have to be an expert and has some experience with mobile banking apps to be able to use it with no issues, the app needs to be more organised considering users that has a limited experience with such apps and mobile banking apps in general, i ordered a card and had to wait 9 days till I received it as if it was shipped from the other side of the world, incorrect way to handle and reply complaints by customers through email that they should be working on to improve. Good work but needs a huge amount of work to be done to fix the little issues that makes a huge difference to the back end users.
