I have an account on every social media platform but I live a mostly private life, I do not like sharing my day to day often on those platforms for so many people to see. BUT this app has allowed me to share and show parts of me and my life to those who matter most to me and I don’t mind sharing my day to day. I’ve created a couple family circles on this app to share gratitudes and positivity with. It would even be great for close friend groups to stay connected as well. I love the numerous prompts options for daily posts that allow us took reflect on ourselves and our lives in a positive and grateful way! To me, the cost of $5 a month, is not an issue if it means I’m able to strengthen bonds with those I love most and create a positive daily mindset! 🤍

It’s been proven over and over again by psychological studies that showing gratitude will improve your overall satisfaction with life, even if none of your circumstances have changed. This app is designed simply. It’s is very customizable for you without having to unlock premium, but the premium benefits look amazing too! Without being obnoxious with ads or notifications, it gently encourages you to show gratitude. It allows you to see anonymous gratitude logs from people all over the country. You and your friends can create a “circle” to keep up with everything that y’all are grateful for too! I love this app so much. The creator(s) are kind too. I shouted the app out on my IG story and the creator and i had a conversation. It’s all lovely. Get this app. Please.

I <3 THIS APP!!! Sometimes I forget to journal when I’m moving too fast or I’m too overwhelmed, but Gratitude Plus is something I can always count on. It reminds me to stop and smell the roses. If ever I’m feeling down or stuck in one of those doom-scroll loops, I love to take a break from typical socials like Insta or Snapchat and shift to the community group feature on GP instead. I get to read gratitude entries from all around the globe! Every now and then, I’ll leave a heart or comment too, since it helps my mental health and self-esteem I’ve noticed, when I tell a stranger I am rooting for them. No matter what phase of life you’re in, this app is a wonderful tool for building positive connections❤️🥰☀️
