I’m updating my review from 3 stars to 1 star as they continue to have the same issues for far too long. The app is functional and makes shopping easy, but the company itself is not worth the download. Jenny Boston used to be a great boutique with quick shipping, but it’s gone down hill. Now shipping takes 6 weeks or more. And they only refund you if you ask for one. Otherwise you’re left in limbo. They said they’re having warehouse issues and are committed to resolving them, but it’s been a couple of years and nothing has changed so I stopped shopping with them. Slowest shipping I’ve ever seen from a US company, yet they continue to have live shows everyday selling clothes and taking people’s money. They should really take a pause and sort out their shipping issues first. At this point, I’m surprised they’re still allowed to operate.

I would love to give 5 stars because everything i’ve been able to get has been great and it’s unique 😄.Why I have given only 3 stars is for the lack of items they seem to have. Everything is constantly waitlisted and even when you get notification of it back in stock early on it’s still waitlisted again and again. I’ve had things on waitlist for probably 4 months now. Like a 104 items no joke. Another reason is, They carry some larger sizes but not ENOUGH. Only store credits?? You should get refunded if returned back within the 14 days never worn and with tags still attached. After that then ok , store credits only! Last is never any great deals (coupons)or free shipping. I do really love what I have gotten so far and would own 20X more but it seems impossible with lack of stock. So I sort of given up. 😢

I absolutely LOVE shopping on the Jenny Boston app. I have been buying from this company for years and I have yet to be disappointed in anything that I’ve bought from them (and I’ve bought a lot 🤷‍♀️). I especially love their fleece leggings, tunics, other tops and bags/clutches. The only time I take a break from buying from them is when my husband discovers how much I’ve bought in a month lol and he says no more :)))))) lol LOVE Jenny Boston!!!!! PS...only thing left is to add shoes/boots!!! Us customers would totally buy them from here because we ALWAYS love the ones the models wear...so please, please, please consider this :))))))
