I enjoy the fact that I can have groceries delivered to my home as I am 81 and have difficulty walking. However, I have great difficulty in typing in and locating item. I think more aisles should be available. Perhaps as I become better acquainted with the process, things will be easier. Thanks for this possibility.

I appreciate Food Land having curb side pick up during this troubling times. I am a high risk but my husband is an extremely high risk of dying if he gets COVID-19. I have been staying out of stores so it is so terrific to have someone else to do my shopping just like I would. The staff is extremely friendly and the same very sweet woman has shopped for me & brought my groceries out each time. She remembered me only the 2nd time & even asked me about my husband. I would recommend to everyone to use this service at the Scottsboro store if you can’t do your own shopping at this time!

TLDR; App does work, but is really slow (on iPhone 11 and iPad Pro), often doesn’t register tap events, and sometimes doesn’t show everything on the screen that it should and requires weird work-arounds to use. While I love supporting local businesses and not having to go into the store to shop, this app leaves something to be desired. Menus often render off-screen or you have to, sometimes, scroll and hold the screen in place to access options. This feels like someone wrapped the website and took zero time to actually debug any issues. Half of the time I cannot interact with buttons on the first touch, it takes 2 or 3 times to be able to actually interact. Devs, please take the time to actually use the app in your test environment (which you do have...right) and make sure it works instead of throwing things across to users that barely work. During the COVID-19 lockdown here in the US, I AM grateful to have this option, I just wish it worked as well as it could with a little time and attention from the devs.
