I honestly don’t understand why they offer paid extras like deep cleaning and laundry if the cleaner isn’t even informed about them. We paid extra for deep cleaning and laundry, but she arrived and only did a regular clean. She also spent time smoking. When she was about to leave, my husband had to ask why the baby bottles hadn’t been washed and the shelves hadn’t been wiped. She said “okay” and only wiped one shelf. Then, when she tried to leave again, we asked about the laundry and whether she could at least dry the clothes that were already in the washing machine. She replied that she doesn’t speak our language and that customers are supposed to tell her what needs to be cleaned. What exactly are we paying extra for then? Are we supposed to walk her through every single task when we’ve already booked and paid for specific services?

A chat feature with a Profy would greatly benefit from better UI, as the sender’s and receiver’s messages appear on the same line and use the same colors, which is very confusing. In addition, app performance could be improved, as live status updates are often slow.
