Maui Revealed Tour Guide App

The Hawaii books by these guys are awesome but like anything that is awesome to some are not always perfect to others. We love the guides but do get confused sometimes (our fault on occasion) Hawaii is not a perfect city grid. Don't expect everything to always be precise. Overall these guides are worth every penny (less than a dinner tip) for the amazingly rich amount of info you get and the confidence you feel on your adventure. They are a "Real Gem"!

I owned this book for the last trip to Maui almost 20 years ago. Bought the app on the way to Maui this time - good information, but I ran into glitches nearly every day. Sometimes the app would just quit, other times the entry was cut off, etc. I ended up deleting and reinstalling the app, which meant I had to redownload the entire thing. Overall I would recommend it, but there’s certainly room for improvement.

I bought the book in Kindle on my iPad and it says the hotel reviews are free. Well, they are not free. You have to pay for the app to see the reviews. I already paid for the book!! Why should I also have to pay for the app when the reviews should have been in the book in the first place?
