Want to avoid injury whilst improving your running
This is the app for you. No need to figure out when to push it or when to step off the gas. It’s absolutely worth the pro price for all the extra features it offers. It takes all the guess work out of my training, and makes it easy to follow with it going directly to my garmin. This is honestly the best app I have for my wellbeing!

Well, maybe not quite Jason, as they just added 60k plans, but close. Was and early adopter a year and half ago and then dropped it due to lack of longer distances but now I came back and … longer distances, more flexbility, syncing with Garmin both ways, and individual sessions that immediately adapt pacing to your selection of surface (road, trail, single track) and topology (flat, hilly). Yeah - happy to pay for the Pro subscription even with some remaining warts on the app. More fun running without having to think about what type of session is needed.
