There’s so many errors when you need to log in you can’t. It’s not friendly to use. very little interfacing. Not many options. Hard to find things that you want to do just not impressed at all.
I heard good things about the DL Evans mobile app before opening an account. Turns out their personal accounts use one app and business accounts have to use this one. And this one is garbage. The UI is horrible. Looks like it was designed for the original iPhone and never updated. Menus are poorly designed and it’s hard to see any info quickly. I’m honestly considering moving to a different bank for my business because it’s so annoying to use. Might be too late for me but please for the sake of your business customers, devote more effort into this app! Or let us use the other app, please!
