Zengo: Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet

Felipe was knowledgeable and great guy. I did in fact almost fall for a “sugar baby” style scam. But after the third week she was talking a lot about having plenty of money, and I’m just getting by so she offer to give me gift card with an “allowance” of $150/wk. Then put thousands in when she can???I’m 40and I don’t think a high school kid can’t get by on that. I’m sure everyone can imagine the rest of the relationship details, but Zeno are extremely professional and always researching and I’m have a great cybersecurity team constantly working on these issues that quite honestly seem like live in person con jobs, and especially online dating . I’m keeping my app up. No need to delete it, my phone blew up the second it noticed a change and I was able to follow the directions and safeguard my app win about 2 minutes tops. Great job guys! I had a great experience with the customer service representatives at ZenGo. It took an abnormally long time for my order to get processed for some reason, but the customer service representative that helped me, Sam, throughout the middle of the night, was very reassuring and yet still took the matter seriously. Although there was no actual technical issue involved, the team of customer service representatives really still give me the attention and reassurance that I really crave when having to wait for something that is out of my hands. My only complaint at this point with the ZenGo is that MoonPay, the company involved with managing ZenGo’s fees and those types of issues, does charge quite a bit so it’s difficult sometimes to decide what I should deposit knowing that there is a lot of potential to pay higher fees if you make little deposits more frequently, which means you need to make a bigger deposit less frequently, which I am not always as comfortable doing. However, in terms of their customer service and the way you can chat one on one with someone when you are experiencing an issue, is a really positive point, especially for a more anxious person like me.

Two weeks ago I developed an interest Bitcoin. An associate recommended ZenGo. I opened an account and made a 1k purchase of Bitcoin. The transaction seemed to be going smoothly, this was Wednesday. After midnight Thursday morning my Bitcoin purchase was not reflected in Zengo wallet. As I patiently waited for the funds to reflect, the debit was pending in my bank account. By Thursday evening I became more concerned as the funds were still pending and there was 0$ in my wallet. All of the horror stories I heard about crypto currency were coming true. Nevertheless, I got in touch with Zengo and Moonpay. Both were very helpful and worked on my issue. I woke Saturday morning with the hope of seeing my Bitcoin in my wallet. I checked 0$, and no Bitcoin, funds gone from my account. I thought my lost was complete. I sent Zengo another email Saturday morning. Gary came online, within 5min my wallet reflected my purchased Bitcoin!! I was ecstatic!! Not only did Gary fix my problem but he told why. I was using my iPhone and iPad at the same time therefore the program developed a “glitch”. Even though I was losing my mind the guys at Zengo we’re understating, calm and patient. They believed in there product! They project a confidence that my funds were protected and that I could safely trade without worry in their crypto currency space ZenGo! Thank you Carlos, Sam and Gary, for your patience and hard work to fix my problem. I will always be grateful for these guys and Zengo, for developing and helping me to feel comfortable in their Crypto currency space!
