Would you please update your app to allow account holders to delete depleted gift cards and used bonus gift cards? I have several gift cards with a zero balance. I want to clean them up so that only cards with a balance on them are showing on my screen. There is no feature to do that. Please also provide a security feature that asks if you’re sure you want to delete so that cards with a balance aren’t accidentally deleted. Thank you.

The wellness program for massages is a nice benefit and one of the reasons I go to Tricoci. Why are you getting rid of this program?
Honestly, I thought the website was terrible, but yet somehow you managed to make the app worse. 1. No iPad landscape support. Why don’t you support the 1 billion iPads in the world (that are primarily used in landscape mode)? This also won’t work with iPad keyboards that *ONLY* work in landscape mode. 2. Why can’t I pay now with the gift card that is on my account? Furthermore, why can’t I combine gift cards? 3.No dark mode support — this is required for iOS 13. 4. Words are cutoff on screen. I haven’t tested, but I assume this if you use increased font sizes on your iPad. #LandscapeModeFail #iPad #DarkModeFail #ResponsiveDesign

It would be great if we could store our gift cards in the app, and even better if the app integrated with the Apple wallet so we could have our gift cards in the apple wallet for safe keeping.
