I bought coin from them up till now they have not released the coin and they have taken my money

First of all for weeks now I have sent messages to the customer service and they are have not as much as responded. Who doesn’t that? I tried to send payment from my wallet for days now the kept saying they don’t have “sufficient e-cash” and that I should try a lower amount, I lowered it to even as low as Gh 1, I still got the same response. Why should they not have enough e-cash? Is not as if they give loans, or operate from a pool where everyone with can operate wallets elsewhere and come to you for cash out, what you put in is what you get, so what’s the issue with this insufficient e-cash to as lose as Gh. 1? I don’t think it is safe to put more into Moolre anymore, so don’t waste your time downloading this app let alone putting your money in it. IGNORE THE WARNINGS AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

What is the use of customer services if they don’t attend to customers? I tried reaching out to them to no avail. This is very bad!!!!
