Fabulous app that does exactly what it says in a nice, clean interface for free with no ads. Turn off the phone display and the app notifies you on your Apple Watch which is great. Timer restarts automatically so I can run as many sessions as I need to with breaks in between. For repeating blocks of time without a break, I just set the rest time to the same duration as the task time and this app provides a handy little reminder to keep me on track. No options to modify sounds, but it doesn’t matter - the notification is just right. Would be nice to run it directly from my watch, but really a minor point for such a lovely simple app that is free. This makes me grateful; thank you!

This app only has the essential controls and is just so aesthetically pleasing. Not to mention it’s FREE and doesn’t have annoying banner apps like the other interval apps. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS.

Excited I stumbled across it!
Simple, beautiful and completely free interval timer. Just a couple taps to set your interval length, break length, and number of sets. No ads, no blo...
