No contraten.
No sirve la aplicación, llamas y no te dan respuesta. Son el servicio más caro y el menos eficiente. Tengo varios negocios con varias compañías y esta es la peor. Supuestamente tienen el respaldo de grandes ingenieros pero por lo visto ADT en México son solamente vendedores.

Pésimo servicio
No hay comunicación con el servidor, es poca o nula. Cuando llamas te dicen que no está en sus manos, que actualice la app, etc, pero la solución no llega y finalmente que hay que pagar la actualización de la app; lo cual me parece ridículo

NON CONTRATEN ADT
No establece comunicación con el panel y por lo tanto ni cuenta te das si abrieron tu domicilio NO CONTRATEN ADT te timan, no dejan de cobrarte el contrato, mi experiencia, hasta 3 meses sin servicio y no te reembolsan un centavo, UNA DEMANDA CIVIL por supuesto la ganaría pero saben que es todo un proceso y nadie lo hacemos por eso NO LES IMPORTA. NO CONTRATEN
