One of the most difficult apps I’ve ever downloaded, it stops working every other week and you’re met with a loading screen. None of us can see when we work, and even with the email schedule confirmation it still doesn’t show updated schedules so there’s really no telling when you go into work. Also, sometimes it says I haven’t even clocked in at all and my timesheet will be completely empty after a 12 hour shift

The app is very simple, not hard to understand at all. Straight forward layout 10/10.

I always check my timesheet using Cover so I can calculate what I’ll earn once payday rolls around, but ever since I updated the app, my timesheet has been ruined. For some shifts, it doesn’t show all the times I’ve clocked in and out (ex: shows clocked in once clocked out twice) and for some shifts, it doesn’t even say I worked that day which makes me extremely anxious. Please fix this.What I will say about the update is I like how I can now check who I am scheduled with (although seeing what hours they work instead of having to guess if I’ll actually work with them or if they’re just on morning shift would be nice).
