MESHLE

Up front: I had a very bad start with the app and the associated product. However, upon my complaint I received outstanding support - which resulted in an improved app, and great customer service - which resulted in customer happiness. I have not experienced this level of personal care and dedication to fix an issue anywhere else.

We use MESHLE for controllers on our LED strips on our drums at our school. Switching from the old Wi-Fi controllers was a breeze! Installation and calibration literally took 20 minutes, and the app is pretty easy to use, although it’s missing a color change feature (random flashing lights), and it’s sometimes a hassle to go to the brightness/contrast setting to make all of the lights switch to be the same. The sound activation feature doesn’t seem to work as well as we’d like, but still an easy and trustworthy product!
