This app has so many problems, I am close to wanting to learn app development just to pursue the department to hire me, so I can fix all of the problems and making it easier to use. There are so many places that a user should be able to fill out information, but it it’s blocked for the user. It keeps sending out notifications to do things we are unable to do. It also clearly isn’t used well enough by the department, because information that should be there is missing.
